Charter

Topland University has been officially granted a Charter by the Ministry of Education of Curacao with Charter No. 2023/022034. The Charter authorizes Topland University to offer its academic programs and award academic degrees to students who have successfully completed all the requirements of the academic program.

Topland University is fully accredited by the Independent Accreditation Agency “Bilim-Standard”.

The Independent Accreditation Agency “Bilim-Standard” is recognized by the National Accreditation Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic №793/2 as of 16 June 2018).

The Independent Accreditation Agency “Bilim-Standard” is a prestigious accreditation agency and is a Full Member of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), a Full Member of the Asia – Pacific Quality Network (APQN) and a Member of the Eurasian Association for Education Quality Assessment (EAQA).

The Independent Accreditation Agency “Bilim-Standard” is a government – recognized accreditation agency with a mission of contributing to the educational system in increasing the competitiveness of graduates through the creation and development of quality assurance system. The Agency “Bilim-Standard” actively participate in the networks of recognized international quality assurance organizations such as the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education, Asia – Pacific Quality Network, Eurasian Association for Education Quality Assessment, European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, and etc.

Accreditation is a rigorous quality assurance process independently carried out by an accrediting agency in order to affirm that the institution is in compliance with recognized applicable standards. Accreditation by “Bilim- Standard” is a rigorous evaluation process that assess and evaluate all aspects of the university. The Full Accreditation granted to Topland University by “Bilim-Standard” affirms our commitment to deliver quality education that is in compliance with international acceptable standards applicable to institutions of higher learning.

The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) is a US based leading specialized accreditation association for business education – supporting, celebrating, and rewarding teaching excellence. ACBSP accredits business, accounting, and business-related programs at the associate, baccalaureate, master, and doctorate degree levels worldwide. ACBSP currently accredits business programs at more than 1,200 campuses in 60 countries. ACBSP provides accreditation to most top-class business schools. ACBSP is one of the largest and most influential accreditation bodies for business schools and programs globally.

NASPAA is a US specialized accrediting and membership organization of graduate education programs in public policy, public affairs, public administration, and public & nonprofit management. NASPAA has over 300 institutional member schools at U.S. and across US that award degrees in public administration, public policy, public affairs, non – profit and related fields. NASPAA’s twofold mission is to ensure excellence in education and training for public service and to promote the ideal of public service. NASPAA is the largest accrediting body for public administration, and public policy courses in the USA.

The Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE) is a highly regarded association with more than 800 members from academia, government, and industry that collaborate on innovative ideas, research, and applications for the continuous improvement of technology, management, and applied engineering in higher education. For more than five decades, this nonprofit entity has earned an esteemed reputation for setting standards in academic program accreditation, certification, and professional development focusing on technology integration, leadership, and design. ATMAE is a US recognized accrediting and membership organization.

The Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP) is a US programmatic accrediting organization that is nationally recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). AAQEP has membership of over 200 educator preparation providers in 36 states and other jurisdictions, with 108 providers in 24 states and territories currently AAQEP-accredited.

The Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN) is a non-governmental and non- profit network who has been striving for “Enhancing the Quality of Higher Education in the Asia-Pacific Region” and “Dissolving Boundaries for a Quality Region”.

After 19-year development, APQN has 253 members from 45 countries and territories, becoming the largest and the most influential international organization on higher education in this Region.

The European Council for Leading Business Schools (ECLBS) is registered in the European Union (registered Identification Number 40008215839) as an independent not-for-profit organization (NFPO) and its members include +50 state national quality assurance bodies and universities in Europe and abroad as well as professional and trade associations close to business education.

The European Council for Leading Business Schools (ECLBS) is an approved member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) International Quality Group (CIQG) in the USA and also an approved member of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE) in Europe. ECLBS services are recognized by the Arab Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ANQAAHE).

The Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS) is a professional association of scholars, practitioners, institutions, and individuals active in the work and study of the UN. ACUNS stimulates and supports dialogue and research about issues of global concern and international cooperation.

ACUNS holds General Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). General Consultative Status with the United Nations Department of Public Information (DPI). Associate Status  with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and Observer Status to United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA).
