PROFESSOR QATIP ARIFI DEAN OF POSTGRADUATE STUDIES
Professor Qatip Arifi is a sound scholar who has distinguished himself in academic pursuits.
He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Applied Linguistics in December 2009 from South East European University, Tetovo, Macedonia. August 2005, Master’s Degree in EFL/ESL at School of Education in Bloomington, Indiana University, USA. Master of Science in Education, major Language Education. Nov 1986, Bachelor’s degree from the University of Prishtina, Department of English Language and Literature, Kosovo, Europe.
Professor Arifi has served in various Universities as both full time and part time lecturer since 1995 till date.
He had published several articles in both local and international journals and has participated in various educational exchange programs, scholarships and awards.
Furthermore, Professor Arifi is a member of many Professional Bodies and has presented papers in many conferences, seminars and workshops since 1991 till date.
Apart from the above, Professor Qatip Arifi has engaged himself in various self-development activities such as academic engagement, professional development just to mention but a few.

DR VJOLLCA BLAKAJ DEAN OF UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES
Dr Vjollca Blakaj is an accomplished scholar, commercialist and established entrepreneur.
She holds Bachelor of Arts in Banking, Finance and Accounting since 2012 from University of Prishtina and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration which she bagged since 2018 from University of Prishtina. Not relenting in academic pursuits, she capped her studies up with Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Administration, Strategy and Business Economics in 2024 from Turks and Caicos Islands.
Dr Blakaj is well exposed in business development and in diversities of business endeavours. She had held several positions in the business world ranging from being a Commercialist, Sales Manager, an Economic Development Coordinator and Chief Executive Officer.
It is worthy of note that this astute business personality and accomplished scholar is not only suitable in the business world but will be a very big asset in the academic community since she will bring her wealth of business acumen to equip students to greater heights.
